A message dated March 18, 2016, was read stating the Senate passed                                                              
CSHB 93(STA) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted

     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 93(JUD)                                                                                
     "An Act relating to the duties of probation officers; and relating to
